York 15KG Chrome Dumbell Weights Set

Light chrome dumbell set. Although this set does consist of some good looking equipment I have never been sure that chrome fitness weights are worth the price premium, as well as costing more initially it will also cost more to buy extra matching plates if needed in the future. The choice is yours!

York 20KG Dumbell Weights Set

Light dumbell set that is perfect for beginners depending on what exercises are being performed, if you are doing any heavy lifts such as dumbell squats or deadlifts you will want to purchase some extra weight plates because these will be outgrown quickly.

York Fixed Weight Hex Dumbells

Fixed weight hex dumbells are more common for comercial gyms but York Fitness also supply a range varying in weight from 2KG to 35KG. If you can afford them they are an excellent choice, they are rubber coated to avoid damage to surfaces and the dumbell and have a contoured knurled grips so they are comfortable to use. Please note hex dumbells are sold as singles.
